In summary
Your bio-data is visible to your counselor and the Marriage Board from the moment you submit it, and to other devotees only once it is approved. Your contact details are released only when two devotees have both expressed interest. Your photographs are stored privately, outside the public web, and links to them expire within minutes. The confidential section is encrypted and every reading is recorded.
You may download everything held about you, and you may have it deleted.
